How to register to vote?

Elmbridge Borough Council publishes a new Register of Electors on 1st December each year. They send a household voter registration form to every residential property in the borough at the end of August each year and use the information you give to publish the new Register.

Apply to vote by post

Anybody who is registered to vote can apply to vote by post, without having to give a reason. You can apply for a postal vote for all elections or just for one kind (e.g. local elections).
